PRODUCT RENTAL INFORMATION
• RENTAL PERIOD
You are welcome to pick up your items the day before and
return them the day after your special occasion. Long term rentals
quoted upon request.
• DINNERWARE, FLATWARE, & GLASSWARE
All the above items are sent out carefully cleaned, counted
and wrapped. In turn they must be returned clean and in their
original containers to avoid extra charges. Breakage (including
chips) or shortages will be charged to the customer at replacement
cost. Please report any shortages immediately upon receipt
of items. An additional day’s rental will be charged for dishes
or flatware returned dirty.
• LINENS
Table linen is ready for use. Table linen must be returned
dry and free of food waste. All hangers must be returned to avoid
incurring additional charges. If stains cannot be removed or
there is other obvious damage, the charge will be the replacement
cost.
• DELIVERY SERVICE
The rate depends on the locality and where you want your
order. Delivery is to the door at street level. Additional charges
will incur for other than street level, long distances or areas
not easily accessible to our delivery trucks. Set up and take
down is also an added charge. All equipment must be stacked
and ready for pick up in the drop off area at the agreed time.
• DEPOSIT
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The full
rental fee is due at the time of rental. A security deposit may
be added and used to defray the cost of cleaning or replacement
of equipment or overtime charges.
Reserved items must be canceled at least
seven days in advance of event date. No refunds will be issued
for cancellations after this date. No refunds on unused equipment!
